Promotional Offer & Refund Policy Agreement
SECTION 1: Promotional Offer Policy
1. Purpose
This policy outlines the terms and conditions of all promotional offers provided by Tree Green Family, ensuring transparency, fairness, and mutual understanding between Tree Green Family and its clients.
2. Eligibility
Offers are available to new and existing clients unless otherwise specified.
Only one promotional offer may be applied per client/household per promotional period.
Clients must reside within Tree Green Family’s standard service area (10-mile radius); additional charges may apply for extended zones.
Promotions are limited to properties no larger than 1/4 acre. Larger properties may be subject to additional fees, and promotions will not apply to properties exceeding this size.
3. Promotional Periods
Each promotion will specify its start and end dates.
Tree Green Family reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
4. Scope of Promotions
Offers may include:
Percentage discounts (e.g., 15% off lawn care).
Free add-on services (e.g., weed control with lawn mowing).
Package upgrades.
Referral bonuses.
5. How to Redeem
Promotions must be requested at the time of booking and may require a promo code or flyer.
Offers are subject to service availability.
6. Exclusions & Limitations
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or membership pricing unless explicitly stated.
Not valid for:
Past purchases/services.
Material/equipment costs.
Emergency or same-day service requests.
7. Payment & Deposits
Promotional services follow Tree Green Family’s standard payment policies.
Deposits or prepayments are non-refundable unless canceled by Tree Green Family.
8. Cancellation & Modifications
Canceling/rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may void the promotion at Tree Green Family’s discretion.
SECTION 2: Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Tree Green Family provides non-refundable service packages and one-time services designed to meet or exceed client expectations. Due to the nature of our work—customized, labor-intensive, and often prepaid—all sales are final once service begins or materials are ordered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered if:
Tree Green Family fails to provide the service as agreed in the signed order/contract.
There is substantial proof of negligence or incomplete work verified by management.
Tree Green Family cancels the service before work begins.
Note: General dissatisfaction without documented cause or refusal of a reasonable service correction does not qualify for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Services & Packages
Service Packages: Non-refundable once the first service is performed.
Deposits & Retainers: Non-refundable unless Tree Green Family cancels.
Materials & Equipment: Non-refundable once ordered.
Completed Services: Final upon completion and verification (via photos or client sign-off).
4. Cancellation Policy
Single Services: Must cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Service Packages: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule individual visits without penalty.
Early Termination of Packages: No refunds; unused credits may be applied to other services (Tree Green Family’s discretion).
5. Resolution & Re-Work
Tree Green Family prioritizes resolving issues over refunds.
We will assess the concern within 3 business days.
If warranted, we will re-perform the service at no extra charge.
In rare cases, partial service credit (not cash) may be issued.
6. Refund Request Process
Submit written requests within 3 business days of service.
Include:
Service date & location.
Detailed description & photos (if applicable).
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
7. Weather & Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)
Tree Green Family is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or cancellations caused by events outside of our control. These include, but are not limited to:
Severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, storms, high winds)
Natural disasters (e.g., floods, hurricanes, earthquakes)
Utility failures (e.g., water/electricity outages)
Accidents or road closures
Illness, injury, or emergency situations affecting staff
Government regulations or mandates (e.g., city shutdowns, COVID restrictions)
In any of these cases, Tree Green Family will reschedule services at the earliest available time but no refunds will be issued for delays or cancellations caused by these uncontrollable events.
8. Irreversible Services Clause
Certain services provided by Tree Green Family are permanent and cannot be undone once performed (e.g., tree cutting, stump removal, heavy pruning, debris hauling, and similar work). For these types of services, no refunds or credits will be issued once the work has started or been completed, regardless of outcome, personal satisfaction, or change of mind.
Clients are required to confirm and approve these services in writing before work begins to ensure full understanding of their permanent nature. Regret or dissatisfaction after the service has been completed does not constitute grounds for a refund or credit.
